Farm table
Thick old oak top, massive legs
Massive tops, legs carved from solid wood, mortise-and-tenon joints: tables designed to last and to be passed on.
A solid wood table is recognised by its top: thick boards, knots, cracks and the patina left by time. In our workshop in Eygalières we make tables in solid reclaimed oak, pine, teak and suar, from large farm tables to covered terrace tables and coffee tables.
The solid oak table is the heart of the range: an oak tabletop in wide, thick boards assembled by hand, on solid legs, trestles or a metal base. It has the look of an old wooden farm table, with the sturdiness of oak, and is made to your dimensions.
Every made-to-measure table is marked out and assembled by hand for the room that will host it. The legs are cut from solid wood or replaced by an iron or steel base when the space calls for a lighter line.
The made-to-measure farm table is made in reclaimed oak, in large sizes, on solid legs or trestles. It can be made entirely from old beams, top and legs. The top can also be railway wagon flooring, suar for a root slab or, for a covered terrace, reclaimed teak with its benches.
A raw wood table keeps the wood as time has left it: thick boards, knots, cracks, tool marks, with no finish hiding the grain. In reclaimed oak or pine, the raw wood table is made like the others, to your dimensions; a colourless protection, an oil or a wax remains possible if you wish.
Tabletop in solid reclaimed oak, pine, teak or suar, in wide boards, with a live edge or from a railway wagon floor. Length and width are chosen to suit the room: for example 250 x 100 cm, and any other size on request, up to the large sizes of a farm table.
Four solid wooden legs, block legs, trestles, or a metal base: black iron or steel. A stainless steel base is possible on request.
Raw wood with no finish, or colourless, oil, wax, varnish: the finish protects the wood while keeping its grain and original patina, and raw wood shows them as they are.
A farm table is a large solid wood table with a thick top, on solid legs or trestles. Ours is in reclaimed oak, in large sizes, sometimes made entirely from old beams, top and legs, and made to your dimensions.
Yes. Every table is made to measure: tell us the length, the width and the number of guests, and we adapt the top and the base.
Reclaimed oak, pine, teak and suar. Oak is sober and sturdy, pine is lighter, teak is warmer and known for its resistance to moisture; suar is used in particular for root slabs.

Yes. A raw wood table is made in reclaimed oak or pine left unfinished: we keep the knots, cracks, tool marks and patina. You can also ask for a colourless protection, an oil or a wax.
A soft cloth is enough for everyday care. Depending on the finish (oil, wax, varnish or colourless), the wood is nourished from time to time: we advise you on the care suited to your table.
