Yesterday's heritage, today's inspiration.
Forgotten materials, lasting creations.
Nothing is lost, everything is transformed.
With 40 years of experience, we travel across France and Europe in search of the finest old woods. Every piece tells a story. We turn them into made-to-measure doors, furniture and fittings, made to last and to be passed on.
That is our way of creating the future.

Four convictions.
Old woods
Carefully selected for their character and their history.
French craftsmanship
Handmade in the workshop, in Provence.
Made-to-measure pieces
Creations adapted to each place.
Sustainable and local
Giving wood a second life instead of throwing it away.
Woods that have already been used.
A railway wagon floor, a beam, a door, cladding: these woods have already been used, they have dried for decades and keep the marks of their use. By reusing them, we give them a second life rather than throwing them away.
Each board is chosen for its character: a knot, a crack, a patina. We do not erase them, we bring them out.
Four gestures.
Searching
We travel across France and Europe in search of the finest old wood.
Reading the wood
Old wood demands patience: you have to read it before cutting it.
Making
Cutting, planing and assembly are done by hand, in the Eygalières workshop.
Handing down
Each piece is designed to last and to be handed down.
Eygalières, at the foot of the Alpilles.
Our workshop is in Eygalières, in Provence. This is where the old woods are chosen one by one, planed and assembled by hand, then finished with natural finishes that keep the original patina.
The workshop can be visited by appointment: prepare your visit.
What people ask us most often.
How long have you been working with old wood?
We have 40 years of experience.
Where does your old wood come from?
We travel across France and Europe in search of the finest old wood: railway wagon floors, beams, doors, cladding.
Are your pieces made in France?
Yes, by hand, in our workshop in Eygalières, in Provence.
Why choose old wood rather than new wood?
For its character and patina, and because wood that has dried for decades moves less than new wood. It is also a second life given to an existing material.
Come and meet us.
