Esprit Vieux Bois
Collections

Made-to-measure pieces, shaped by time.

Every piece is made from carefully selected old wood, then adapted to your space: dimensions, species, finish and hardware are defined together with you.

Our collections

One material, four worlds.

All our pieces start with the same gesture: choosing an old piece of wood, reading it, then working it for a specific place. The doors, tables, furniture and gates from the Eygalières workshop share the same standard: a material that has already lived, hand-made joints, finishes that keep the patina.

How to choose

Where to start?

  • You have a place

An opening, a room, a courtyard: start from the space and its dimensions. We propose the door, table or gate that suits it.

  • You have a wish

A material, a patina, a style: browse the photo library to find the piece that speaks to you.

  • You have a project

Architect, interior designer or private client, describe your idea: we design it with you, from sketch to installation.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most often.

What is the difference between an entrance door and an interior door?

The entrance door is more massive: thick boards, forged ironwork and lock. The interior door can be panelled, arched, or sliding on a rail. Both are made to measure.

Can a door shown on the site be adapted?

Yes. Each piece is a starting point: dimensions, species, finish and ironwork adapt to your opening.

Which wood species do you work with?

Mainly oak, pine, teak and walnut, and suar for some root slabs, in old wood selected one piece at a time.

How do I order?
